My body is an echo chamber
2025
The film My Body is an Echo chamber works with the performativity of identities, exploring the body as a medium for rewriting personal and collective experiences. The plot balances between dream and reality, documentary and fiction, television show and music video.
It draws inspiration from 1990s pop culture, hauntology and biopolitics, while addressing the ways in which bodies and identities are shaped by norms, the system and the media. It creates an environment in which the viewer finds themselves in the middle of a fragmented, dreamlike reality, where time loops and identity loses its clear contours.
An old cowboy recalls events from the past and the future, both from his own life and from collective memory. He ponders questions of God, obedience and expulsion from society, political and cultural events from the recent past, and the transformation of his identity over the course of his life.

My film articulates the experience of identity as an unstable, fluid, and often ambiguous entity constructed through body, medium, and memory. Using moving image, intermedia installation, and fragment work, I explore what strategies can make visible the experience of reincarnation, depersonalization, and later reoccupation of one's own body in times of cultural and media saturation.
Intercore
2024
A western DIY music video depicting a narrative of me playing my grandpa, going shopping to a nearby suburb shopping area, and driving there for relaxation, which serves me as an escape from my grandmothers house. A blues pop song serving as a vehicle for processing emotions such as grief. Inter as in between, between life and death, between interchanging aspects in gender, and between the city and the countryside.

Classbreak
2025
The installation plays with its timing. The name of the piece hints that it could be a specific piece of time, a break when the plot gets activated, specifically a class break in between learning subjects. The objects work with a naive, unskilled nature, declining signs of talent or art education, making it a choice to lean back from the aesthetic purpose of art.
A school class can be used as a metaphor for social classes, and as a model of social structures, which we learn as children in the school institutions. What usually happens is this division of people into certain roles and archetypes, and we also observe and learn some basics in hierarchy. The conceptual theme or content of this installation is a playful reflection of normality and abnormality within one's psyché, but also within the societal and economical context, with a special focus on the themes of shame, exclusion, imperfection, failure.
Come spin your wheel of fortune of your chances for an art career to become a star.
The project is centered around the concept of balance and harmony between polarities and social structures. It finds inspiration in naive art, and uses home and waste materials, like paper and cardboard.

2023
In my bachelor project called I have forgotten who and where I am I worked on a series of music videos. I played a role of a precarized service worker - as a delivery person, a cleaner, a golf club helper and a personal assistant.
Through the pop songs and their lyrics I tried to give a meditation of today‘s reality and the chain of the working industry. It was installed on an old TV and burned on a DVD, including bonus material. Instead of chairs for sitting down I used exercise balls.
